Here is a 1 acre lot that is in the middle of a farm field. There is an unimproved county road that leads to this parcel. Check with the plat department with Parke County for aerials that show the roads. It is currently farmed over by the farmer, but he is aware that the access road should not be farmed. It does have a road base under the crops. There are a couple of buildings that used to serve as the Sanatorium well houses. We have no info on the wells. There are some mature trees on the parcel.
