This beautiful building is located near the heart of downtown Greenfield and comes with many possibilities and opportunities. It is currently being used as the “Garden Chapel”, which hosts weddings, private events, and church services. The historical architecture of the building includes high vaulted “cathedral” ceilings and detailed stained-glass windows. This old church has most of its original woodwork, some natural exposed brick, and hardwoods under most carpets. There are 3 spacious half baths in total; two are located on the main level, and one is upstairs in what is currently the “bridal suite”. Also located upstairs is the old balcony/choir loft overlooking the large room used for ceremonies, and the “tower”/prayer room (as seen in the main photo of the building’s exterior from street view). The building sits on an unfinished basement, which provides a great deal of storage. Additionally, a new roof was installed in the summer of 2023.
